The beachhouse is located at Konkiebaai / Eersterivier, 8 km south of the N2 highway, about 100 km east of Plettenberg, and 75 km west of Jeffrey's Bay. Stormsriver Bridge, Tsitsikamma Coastal National Park, Addo Elephant Park, Cape St. Francis, Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Jeffrey's Bay, Cape St. Francis, Port Elizabeth are all accessible for day trips. Konkiebaai is located next to Ersterivier. It is a private beach resort with one of the few beautiful protected sandy beaches on the Tsitsikamma coastline. It has stunning rock formations and rock pools, and offers excellent fishing and diving opportunities (not commercial). A nine hole golf course is located next to Konkiebaai resort. There is a convenience store 8 km away, and more extensive shopping can be done at Kareedow, which is 18 km away.

Beachhouse |
The beachhouse has unlimited sea views with natural forest at the back. There are resident bushbuck, water mongoose, otters, and if you are lucky you will see the shy, beautiful caracul lynx. There is a wide variety of birds, the Knysna Lourie is often seen and heard. The house has an African styled thatched roof. There are large open decks, with a small splash pool, and large open braai facilities. In addition, there is a separate studio cottage with its own bathroom and large open deck.

The interior constists of a very large living and dining room with central fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, large master bedroom with fully equipped bathroom; two smaller bedrooms and an upstairs loft. DS TV and HiFi sound sytem are installed. Cellphone reception is possible on the outside.
